As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly and organized Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our installation calendar on track. You’ll coordinate between customers, installers, and suppliers to make sure every job is ready to roll — with the right crew, materials, and timing. Your attention to detail and clear communication will make you the heartbeat of our daily operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining daily and weekly installation schedules.

Coordinating with installation crews and customers to confirm details and timing.

Managing last-minute changes and keeping everyone updated.

Making sure materials are available and delivered on time.

Tracking job completions, updating project notes, and ensuring paperwork is accurate.

Providing excellent customer service — answering questions, sharing updates, and keeping customers informed.

Working closely with our office team to keep jobs flowing smoothly from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For

Someone who’s organized, proactive, and reliable.

Strong communication skills — both on the phone and in person.

Experience in construction, flooring, or scheduling (preferred but not required).

Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software (Jobber, Buildertrend, or similar).

A problem-solver who can stay calm and positive when things get busy.
