Our organization is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to become part of a distinguished Women's Health Care Center located in West Long Branch, NJ. About the Practice
The practice comprises a team of 6 OB/GYN physicians, 3 certified nurse midwives, and a supportive staff. With a robust patient base developed over three decades of exceptional care in the New Jersey shore area, we operate from three locations. Deliveries and surgical procedures are conducted at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ, a highly regarded hospital system featuring women's health subspecialists, a level 3 NICU, and advanced da Vinci robotic technology for specialized GYN surgeries. This is an outstanding opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physicians to join a growing practice in a prime location, offering a fulfilling career in various aspects of women's health.
Practice Highlights
- Team of 6 physicians and 3 nurse midwives
- Three practice locations: West Long Branch, Lakewood, and Middletown
- Monmouth Medical Center is a leading community academic center affiliated with RWJBH, featuring a level 3 NICU and robotics for GYN surgeries
- Established practice with a solid patient base built over 30 years
- Office patient volume: approximately 25-30 patients per day
- Balanced focus on both OB and GYN, with around 10-15 deliveries monthly and half a day dedicated to GYN surgeries each week
- Teaching opportunities available through the hospital's residency program
- Excellent work/life balance with a 1 in 5 call schedule and weekend coverage
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary with potential earnings at the top of the specialty if partnership is pursued
- Starting with 4 weeks of vacation, increasing to 5 weeks in the second year and 6 weeks in the third year
- Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus of $30,000, plus a $30,000 retention bonus after one year
- Eligibility for partnership after three years of service

Compensation Range
- Minimum: USD $280,000.00 per year
- Maximum: USD $325,000.00 per year
