Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in assembly operations, quality control, and safe machine operation and a proven ability to meet production targets with accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
- Perform in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output goals.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and follow EHS procedures.
- Report equipment or process issues to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to quality and detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and teamwork.
- Proficiency with industry tools, equipment, or basic manufacturing software.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
