This position primarily focuses on elementary students, with some flexibility for high school caseloads depending on your background and interest. You’ll work 35–37.5 hours per week during regular school hours, alongside a collaborative team—including onsite BCBA supervision for those with RBT status.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience as an RBT, ABA therapist, BT, or paraprofessional in a behavioral or educational setting
- Solid understanding of ABA principles and a passion for helping children succeed
- Ability to manage behavior-heavy caseloads in 1:1 or small-group formats
- Flexibility to work across multiple school sites (based on your location)
- RBT certification is preferred but not required for candidates with strong ABA or behavioral experience
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized or small-group ABA interventions under BCBA supervision
- Track and record student progress according to established behavioral plans
- Collaborate with other educational professionals and caregivers to support student success
- Adapt programming based on student needs and daily observations
- Uphold a supportive, professional environment conducive to positive behavioral change
In this role, candidates can expect hourly compensation commensurate with experience: RBTs up to $32/hr, ABA paraprofessionals or behavior technicians generally between $24–$28/hr.
