We are seeking a high-energy Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) to serve as the "engine" of the sales pipeline in the Salt Lake City Metro area. This isn't a desk job or a remote call-center role—this is a high-impact, field-based "Hunter" position designed for an ambitious sales professional looking to break into the elite world of medical device sales.

- ???????????????????? "????????????????????????" & ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? As a CES, your mission is simple: get in front of decision-makers. You will be the face of the brand in the field, initiating conversations with physicians, MedSpas, and aesthetic practices to uncover new opportunities.
- ???????????????????? ???????????????? ????????????????????????????: You will spend your days in the territory, identifying new prospects through face-to-face outbound prospecting.
- ???????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????: You aren't just "booking meetings"—you are qualifying intent, timing, and budget.
- ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????: Once you identify a high-quality opportunity, you'll coordinate a clean handoff to the executive sales team to demo and close.
- ???????????????????????? ????????????????: This is the primary entry point for our client's sales organization. Success in this role is the fastest track to a Territory Manager or Executive Consultant seat.

We are looking for a "workhorse" with a competitive spirit. If you have a background in competitive sports or have thrived in a high-volume B2B "grind," we want to talk to you.
- ????????????????????????????????????????: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience. We highly value candidates coming out of "Sales Academies" like ????????????, ????????????????????????????, ????????????????????????, ????????????????????, ???????? ????????????????????????.
- ????????????????????????: You have a track record of stability and a desire for long-term mastery.
- ????????????????????????????????????: You are a "Road Warrior" who thrives on outbound activity, handles rejection with resilience, and is highly coachable.
- ????????????????????????????????????: Bachelor's degree preferred, but professional sales success is the true benchmark.
