We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support to two executives at our company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary coordinator of administrative needs for the organization and its nine-member board of directors
- Arrange executives' meetings and work-related travel details; prepare their expense reports
- Oversee board-related activities (arrange meetings and meals, coordinate member travel/lodging, prepare and maintain minutes)
- Administer human resources functions (develop/maintain policies and procedures, maintain employee records, onboard new employees, coordinate annual benefits enrollment, serve as backup payroll processor)
- Manage vendors and related service contracts, including payment of invoices
- Assist executives with oversight of compliance and liability insurance programs
- Maintain and order supplies
- Vote stock/investment proxies in a manner that reflects company and client values
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or secretary is required - only experienced candidates need apply; previous HR and AP experience is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and computational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Absolute attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality
