Job DescriptionRenewal by Andersen - Northern Indiana Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Windows. We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage and grow our Event & Retail marketing program in the Northern Indiana market.
This is a field-based leadership role for someone who enjoys leading people, building structure, and driving results across multiple locations and environments. In this role, you will lead teams in retail locations, events, and community partnerships, building structure, driving performance, and developing people. What You’ll DoLead and manage a team of 20–40 Brand Ambassadors and SupervisorsSpend time in the field supporting retail locations, events, and community partnershipsPlan, execute, and evaluate performance for the Event & Retail programHire, train, and develop Brand Ambassadors and SupervisorsSet clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance goalsAdjust strategies based on seasonality and market needsProvide regular feedback, coaching, and performance discussionsPartner with leadership to forecast results and improve conversionTravel throughout the Northern Indiana market weekly (no overnight travel) What We’re Looking ForRequired:1–3+ years of experience leading or managing a teamExperience working in a structured environment (retail, field sales, events, or multi-site operations)Comfortable managing teams in the fieldStrong communication and people-leadership skillsAbility to take ownership of results and adapt when things changeValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have (Not Required):Experience building or scaling teamsBusiness development or growth-focused backgroundEvent, retail, or field marketing experienceFamiliarity with CRMs or workforce tools (training provided)
Schedule & TravelFlexible schedule including evenings and weekendsWeekly travel within the Northern Indiana marketNo overnight travel required
