Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong ability to identify new opportunities, and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. This role will focus on selling our extensive product line to retailers, online sellers, and other businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
Present and sell Kole Imports & Closeouts' products to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.

Requirements:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale, closeouts, or general merchandise industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and client meetings.
