About the Role
F&M Trust is seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our Orchard Park team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced branch environment, and wants to build a long-term career in banking.
The FSR plays a key role in creating positive experiences for both consumer and business customers. Whether you are assisting with day-to-day banking needs or helping customers discover solutions they didn't know were available, you will be supported with training and development every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional service
- Perform routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to products and services that support their financial goals
- Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and banking capabilities
- Progress toward expanded responsibilities, including account opening, after completing initial training
Schedule, Pay & Incentives
- Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week
- Starting hourly rate generally ranges from $16–$18 per hour
- Additional incentive opportunities for successfully referring customers to products and services they do not currently use

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in combining customer service with sales-oriented conversations
- Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility in a changing environment
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or cash handling is helpful, but not required-we provide training.
Your Orchard Park Team
You'll work alongside a collaborative branch team that includes a Community Office Manager, Assistant Community Office Manager, Lead Financial Services Representative, Relationship Banker, and 2 additional full-time FSRs. The Orchard Park team values teamwork, mutual support, and delivering consistent service to the community.
