This is a newly created role where you'llsupport both corporate functions and a core business unit.
Depending on your experience, you'll come in as either HRBP or Senior HRBP — but in either case, you'll operate across levels: owning the details yourself while also advising senior leaders.

The Role

Partner with both corporate functions and a major business unit, advising leaders across multiple disciplines

Coach managers on performance, development, and employee relations
-
Run talent reviews, support development planning, and advise on org design

Own a range of day-to-day HR processes from maintaining accurate role data to supporting manager-driven hiring and offboarding activities.

Lead employee relations investigations and ensure consistent, compliant policies

Collaborate with hiring and HR operations partners on staffing, onboarding, compensation, and workforce planning

Contribute to HR projects that improve processes, systems, and employee experience
What We're Looking For

6+ years progressive HR experience (employee relations as a core part of your work)

Comfortable flexing between tactical HR execution and strategic partnership

Proven ability to coach managers and navigate challenging personalities

Strong grasp of U.S. employment law; ability to manage risk and maintain confidentiality

Experience supporting both corporate and operational groups is a plus

Compensation

Base up to $95K + Bonus, depending on experience (HRBP vs. Senior HRBP level)
