A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Medicaid Enrollment Specialist (LTSS) in Harrisburg, PA.

Job status: Part time (3 days remote - 2 days in the office)
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: 2 weeks from offer

Job Summary:
The Medicaid Enrollment Specialist will support Medicaid long-term care and home- and community-based programs by monitoring enrollment activities, resolving eligibility issues, reviewing reports, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor enrollment reports and contractor performance.
• Identify and resolve eligibility and enrollment issues.
• Work with contractors, agencies, and managed care organizations to resolve problems.
• Provide guidance on Medicaid eligibility and enrollment policies.
• Review participant records using state databases and systems.
• Prepare weekly reports and track enrollment activities.
• Participate in appeals, hearings, meetings, workgroups, and special projects.
• Assist with improving policies, procedures, and enrollment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience with Medicaid home- and community-based services and/or long-term care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with agencies and contractors.
• Public speaking experience is a plus.
• Telework eligible.
