About the projects:

500+ unit podium from the ground up in Long Beach. Future projects are located in Los Angeles and Orange County.

As a liaison between the project and leadership teams, Project Managers must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• OSHA 30 HR (Must be completed within 90 days of Hire)
• Assist in the local permitting process and meet with Building Officials as necessary.
• Prefer a minimum of three years of multi-family construction supervisory experience.

The primary responsibility of a Project Manager (PM) is:

• The Project Manager's role is to be accountable for delivering the project on time
• The Project Manager will lead teams for Wraps, Podiums, and Type I Construction and is responsible for creating and leading a jobsite culture that promotes mentoring, growth, and accountability for all field-related aspects of the project.

Salary range for this role is 180K-220K base, along with 20-30% Annual Bonus. Your specific salary and bonus will be based on your experince.
