Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role involves collaboration with therapists, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Design and manage data collection systems to monitor client progress

Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff

Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments

Stay current with ABA research and apply evidence-based strategies

Provide parent education and caregiver support to promote positive outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:

BCBA certification required
-
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical or community-based ABA services

Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience supervising behavior technicians and supporting team development

Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $80,000 – $125,000 annually (salary commensurate with experience)
