Job Title: Driver
Job Description
This role involves safely moving vehicles between outdoor lots and an indoor warehouse while supporting general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and installing basic vehicle accessories. You will work in a clean warehouse environment but spend a significant portion of your shift outdoors, handling vehicles and performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive vehicles from the outdoor lot into and within the warehouse, following all safety and traffic guidelines on site.
- Carefully position vehicles in designated areas inside the warehouse to support ongoing operations.
- Load and unload items such as vehicle accessories and related materials as needed.
- Install basic vehicle accessories, including floor mats, owner’s manuals, and similar items, ensuring they are correctly placed and secured.
- Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 50 feet, including overhead lifting when required.
- Climb to and work at heights of up to 15 feet when needed to perform job tasks safely and effectively.
- Use sufficient hand dexterity and strength to fasten, insert, and remove bolts and similar hardware as part of accessory installation or related tasks.
- Work outdoors in a variety of reasonable weather conditions while maintaining safety and productivity.
- Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate vehicle movement and task completion.
Essential Skills
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to safely drive and maneuver vehicles in and out of a warehouse environment.
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 50 feet, including overhead lifting.
- Capability to climb to and work at heights of up to 15 feet.
- Sufficient hand dexterity and strength to fasten, insert, and remove bolts and similar components.
- Ability to work outside in all reasonable weather conditions for a majority of the shift.
- Experience performing general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials.
- Attention to detail when handling vehicles and installing accessories.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience driving and parking multiple vehicles in a lot or warehouse environment.
- Backgrounds in general labor, including loading and unloading tasks.
- Experience adding vehicle accessories such as floor mats and owner’s manuals.
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to site procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Tacoma, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $27.50/hr.
