This role has a base salary, commissions, bonus incentives, and on the job training!

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Connect with prospects through warm leads, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Identify needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and more).
- Educate clients on coverage options with clarity and confidence.
- Close sales and build long-term relationships through integrity and service.
- Keep detailed records of conversations, policies, and client needs in the CRM.
- Be part of a team that celebrates wins and supports your growth.
- Drive results by leveraging our systems to meet set performance standards.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
- Motivation to succeed, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health license (not required to apply-assistance to obtain given).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required, we provide training!
