What You’ll Do
- Be the patient’s go-to person: You’ll be the friendly face and advocate to help them navigate their care.
- Keep things running smoothly: Prep charts, room patients, and assist providers so visits are efficient and stress-free.
- Solve and support: Handle triage calls, manage medication refills, and work with other departments to keep patient care seamless.
- Grow your skills: Work side-by-side with a passionate, supportive team and gain specialty experience that you can't find just anywhere.
What You'll Need
- Current Medical Assistant Certification (or in process)
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Empathy, compassion, and strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a team-first mindset
- Flexibility to travel among our three locations: Lake Barrington, Elgin, and Hoffman Estates
