Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1+ years Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure accessible learning environments
- Utilize specialized instruction techniques and communication modes, including sign language and assistive technology
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to meet individual needs
- Provide advocacy and support for students and families within the school community
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing
- Proven experience in delivering specialized instruction to deaf and hard of hearing students
- Strong understanding of auditory, speech, and communication development strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
