Design/build group for high end, turn-key renovations. Total team environment in tune with cutting edge trends. General hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM with occasional after hour appointments and job completion time focus.

** Must be a local candidate - Lela Williams & Associates Interior Design, LLC seeks to hire a Design Assistant whose primary role is to provide assistance to lead designer in order to increase productivity and meet the expectations of our clients while being able to follow directions and anticipate the needs of the team. Assistant responsibilities would include, but not limited to: schematic design in Chief Architect and client presentation, gathering estimates and preparing spec binders, composing client proposals, assisting with site measures, compiling presentation materials for client meetings, support in ordering and receiving product, and general studio showroom sample maintenance. This person must have a professional work ethic and excellent verbal and written skills. This fast-paced position requires adaptability and the ability to easily shift gears while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Applicant must have an accredited design degree or compatible experience in the Interior Design Industry.

Job Requirements:

Must be proficient in: Microsoft Office, Adobe, AutoCAD or Chief Architect
Accredited design degree or compatible experience in the industry
Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
Must be punctual, dedicated, and self-motivated.
