RECEPTIONIST/ SECRETARY
Full-time position. Responsibilities include answering phones, filing, data entry, answering incoming and outgoing email, setting up appointments, copying and other administrative tasks. The pay rate for this position is $23 dollars per hour.
Qualifications:
• Excellent phone skills and a friendly phone voice
• Ability to answer multiple phone lines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Must be very organized
• Ability to multi-task
