As the nation’s leading provider of Elevators, our client is the trusted choice for individual homeowners, residential builders, and construction leaders alike.
We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager who is driven, people-focused, and project-savvy to join our client's growing team. This role requires 75% travel.
Compensation:
- $100-$150K (Base & Commission). Car stipend and company p card included.
- Benefits inclusive of 401K matching, medical, dental, vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement
What You’ll Do:

Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and developers to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities

Deliver polished, professional presentations and services during site visits and consultations

Proactively research and pursue prospective clients through cold-calling, networking, and referrals

Serve as a liaison between clients and the operations team, ensuring projects meet company specifications and building code requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within residential construction or home improvement industries

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships and project details
Minimum Requirements

High School Graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

At least 3+ years experience selling in the construction industry/ selling specialty products

Excellent written / verbal communication skills

Natural problem-solver and stellar presentation skills.

Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
