Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our client's business and operations managers. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s highly organized, flexible, and comfortable balancing both personal and business-related tasks.


The ideal candidate will have experience with general executive assistant duties such as travel scheduling, inbox management, personal assistance, and overall general coordination.


RESPONSIBILITIES -

Executive & Personal Support (Approx. 40% of role)

  • Schedule personal and business flights (frequent travel between NJ and FL)
  • Pick up orders, manage car washes as needed, errands, general assistance etc.
  • Support personal scheduling and logistics for the owner and family


Administrative & Office Management

  • Manage business calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Data entry of bills and general business expenses
  • Go to the bank to make deposits or run other business errands
  • Light office management duties (ordering supplies, organizing workspace)



QUALIFICATIONS -

  • Prior experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling personal tasks with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, calendar, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • A positive, can-do attitude with no ego


This position offers no health benefits, but does offer PTO, paid holidays, a strong base compensation package, and more. This position is a fulltime role in Lakewood, NJ!
