Job Description: Warehouse Associate
Francis Enterprises LLC is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help manage shipping and inventory for our Alpaca and Sheepskin product lines. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Weigh, label, and process outgoing packages
- Receive and stock incoming shipments
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Support retail setups and breakdowns when needed
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30–60 lbs and stand for long periods
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable using basic computer programs (Word/Excel)
Pay & Benefits:
- $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
