This part-time position for a Registered Nurse in the Regional Float Pool involves delivering nursing care to adult and elderly patients across various hospital units and locations in the St. Louis area. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored nursing care in diverse specialties such as Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and Labor & Birth. Applicants must possess a valid RN license, have recent bedside experience, and hold relevant certifications for their nursing specialty.

The selected candidate will be required to report to facilities within the regional area of their home hospital, with specific locations to be discussed upon hiring and approved by the leadership team.Position Details:

Incentives:
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required
- Base Pay: Based on Experience
- Plus: Regional Float Pool Perks and Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends

Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Preferred Education: BSN
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Licensure:
- Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment and meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Required Experience:
- At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg.
- For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is required.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
- Certifications (Required to Start):
- BLS for Med Surg and Behavioral Health
- BLS & NRP for Women's Health
- BLS, ACLS for Critical Care
- BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand/walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting/turning patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
