Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, such as online research, databases, social media, and industry events.
  2. Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring that they meet the company's target customer profile.
  3. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with leads through email marketing, calling, social media, or other appropriate channels to create interest and establish a connection.
  4. Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation efforts to track the success of different strategies and campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
  6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities and their impact on the sales pipeline.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and intake teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.
  8. Technology Utilization: Utilize lead generation tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective outreach and relationship-building.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset for assessing the success of lead generation campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Sales and customer relationship management knowledge is a plus.
