Our client, a dynamic food service organization, is seeking a Kitchen Support Associate to join their team. As a Kitchen Support Associate, you will be part of the kitchen operations team supporting food preparation and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Prepare perishable items such as vegetables, meat, and fish using various cooking techniques including stir-frying, deep-frying, pan-frying, and rice cooking.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of products like BBQ, Sushi, and cooked foods based on daily orders to ensure high standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to all food safety and health regulations, often requiring a Food Safe Certification.
- Properly use, clean, and maintain all kitchen tools and production equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and assist the Kitchen Production Supervisor with additional production duties as needed.
What's Needed?
- Prior experience in cooking and preparing kitchen products such as BBQ, Sushi, and hot foods.
- Workplace health & safety and Food Safe Certifications are typically required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols.
