Reports To: Creative Director

Salary Range: $100K to $125K

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Associate Creative Director to help shape and execute creative concepts across a wide range of entertainment-driven, B2B, and nonprofit events — while also extending those ideas into digital and social channels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in live environments, understands the power of music, talent, and audience experience, and knows how to translate those moments into compelling content and digital storytelling before, during, and after an event.

What You’ll Do

Concept Development & Creative Direction

  • Co-lead ideation and concept development for live events and entertainment-driven experiences

  • Translate client goals into engaging, experience-driven creative concepts

  • Develop cohesive ideas that live both on-site and across digital/social platforms

Experience & Event Design

  • Contribute to the design of event environments, staging, and audience journeys

  • Collaborate with production, talent, and vendor teams to bring concepts to life

  • Ensure creative ideas are both innovative and executable within real-world constraints

Digital & Social Integration (Critical)

  • Help shape how live experiences extend into social, content, and digital ecosystems

  • Concept content opportunities tied to events (pre-event hype, live capture, post-event storytelling)

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop social-first ideas rooted in live experiences

  • Bring a strong understanding of how audiences engage with content across platforms

Entertainment Integration

  • Collaborate on integrating talent, music, and programming into event concepts

  • Help shape audience engagement through entertainment and cultural relevance

  • Bring a POV on music, pop culture, and live entertainment trends

Client & Presentation Leadership

  • Support and lead client presentations and creative discussions

  • Clearly communicate ideas, rationale, and creative direction

  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Provide direction and feedback to designers and creative partners

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with producers, talent teams, and operations

  • Help elevate overall creative output and team performance

What You Bring

  • 6–8+ years of experience in experiential, event, or integrated creative roles

  • Strong portfolio showcasing live events, entertainment, and digital/social integration

  • Experience in concepting and executing B2B, nonprofit, or large-scale events

  • Understanding of how to translate live moments into engaging content and social storytelling

  • Passion for music, talent, and live entertainment

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills

  • Ability to balance creativity with logistics, budgets, and timelines
