About Holistic Integration
Holistic Integration is a 40-year established integrative healthcare practice in Indianapolis. We operate on a self-pay model, allowing us to deliver in-depth, personalized care without insurance constraints.
Our practice combines:
• Advanced laboratory diagnostics
• Structured functional medicine care plans
• Non-force chiropractic (Activation, instrument adjusting, Atlas Orthogonal)
• Collaborative provider care model
We focus on long-term outcomes, not short-term symptom management.
Position Overview
We are seeking a DABCI-certified chiropractor to lead and expand the functional medicine side of our practice.
This role is centered on diagnostics, chronic condition management, and root-cause investigation. The ideal candidate is confident managing complex cases and thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment.
This is not a high-volume adjusting position. Structural care is provided by separate providers. The DABCI will focus primarily on functional case strategy, lab interpretation, and long-term care planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Interpret advanced laboratory testing
• Develop and oversee personalized functional care plans
• Manage chronic and complex cases (hormones, autoimmune, gut health, cardiometabolic conditions)
• Collaborate with NP/PA and structural providers
• Provide thorough patient education and follow-up
• Participate in team case reviews and care planning meetings
• Contribute to growth and refinement of functional programs
Ideal Candidate
• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.)
• Active Indiana license (or eligible)
• DABCI certification required (or near completion)
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
• Confident communicator and educator
• Alignment with integrative, root-cause philosophy
• Growth-oriented mindset
