Job Description

Join our dynamic team supporting the Cardiomems group in a vital technical support role. You will be the primary contact for patients calling into our center, providing expert troubleshooting and operational support. This fast-paced position requires strong attention to detail, patience, multitasking ability, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and operational assistance to patients and customers over the phone
Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality service
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with patience and professionalism
Maintain accurate records and documentation of support interactions
Collaborate with Cardiomems team and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree with 3-5 years’ experience also considered
1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or related operational support roles
Background in medical support preferred but not required; operational support in sales or tech support is acceptable
Excellent listening and computer skills with technical aptitude
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to remain patient and professional in a high-volume call environment
