Duties:
- Perform the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR Department including filing, copying, data entry.
- Leave of Absence administration
- Completion of annual EEO-1 and ACA reporting
- Benefit administration
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now HRIS
- Embrace The Kramer Beverage Formula of Success
- Perform in a team environment while independently completing detailed tasks.
Compensation:
- Pay: $23-25/hr pending upon experience
- Flexible work schedule
- Monday – Friday work week
- Hybrid work-at-home/In-office work

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience
- Knowledge of FMLA/NJFLA laws
- One to three years of relevant or equivalent work experience preferred
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, multitasker
- Adherence to strict confidentiality
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and iOs and iOs apps (Apple iPad/iPhone)
- Knowledge of ADP or other HRIS systems is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
