Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Primary Care Physician in North St. Louis, Missouri. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity within a physician-led, value-based care model focused on senior populations, prevention, and long-term patient relationships.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Primary Care Physician manages a defined patient panel while leading a multidisciplinary care team in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on outcomes, quality, and patient engagement.
SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• Full-time outpatient clinic setting
• No traditional call responsibilities
COMPENSATION
• Salary Range: $214,700 – $306,714
• Performance-based incentive opportunities available
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients
• Manage a patient panel of approximately 450 patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Coordinate care across all settings
• Support preventive care and patient education initiatives

Requirements:
• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required
• Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain required
• Active DEA license required
• BLS certification required within 90 days of employment
• Experience in primary care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
• Strong interest in value-based care and population health required
• Ability to manage patient panels and drive clinical outcomes
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills required
