- Create and Edit Documentation: Produce and refine a variety of security documentation, including policies, procedures, user guides, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Gather Information: Collaborate with security engineers and subject matter experts to gather technical details and ensure content accuracy and adherence to security best practices.
- Manage Content: Develop and implement a strategy for organizing and maintaining security documentation, ensuring it is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
- Maintain Compliance: Understand and document the organization's security posture and compliance requirements.
What You'll Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science) OR equivalent practical experience in Information Security.
- Security Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of IT security principles, methods, and key security management concepts (e.g., vulnerability management, incident response).
- Technical Skills: Experience with security event correlation tools (SIEM) and the ability to interpret information from network tools and recognize system vulnerabilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
