Job Purpose
The purpose of the Client Success Specialist position is to serve as the primary resource supporting the on-boarding of clients after products and services are installed. This position will be the primary training resource, as well as provide general on-going client support.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-boarding activities for clients after the installation of new equipment and services to include:
- Train clients on the use of equipment and services provided by GFC.
- Facilitate the use of the MyGFC App to make service requests.
- Facilitate client’s review and ordering of wide-format and thermal printing supplies.
- Facilitate the use of the Client Portal and eInvoice Portal to place service requests, order supplies, and pay invoices.
- Facilitate the installation of Automated Meter Collection on client equipment.
- Facilitate distribution and collection of Client Satisfaction Survey.
- Ensure unused/unneeded supplies are collected from clients.
- Maintain contact with clients on a proactive basis to address additional training and support needs, answer questions, or direct clients to appropriate GFC resources.
- Coordinate with Account Executives to maintain current client relationships and promote the value of GFC to potential new clients.
- Discuss other GFC equipment and services with the clients and participate in events to generate leads for the Account Executives.
- Provide onsite assistance for phone training, installation, and support.
- Assist other GFC teams as needed to provide client facing support; including (but not limited to) technology mappings, onsite technological support, and monitoring audits.
- Provide an exemplary client experience.
- Miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to deliver an excellent client experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with and training clients on a wide variety of office technology.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities/leads.
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
- Ability to travel outside of territory less than 5%.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to kneel and/or stoop, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and providing training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity.
Working Conditions
- Work is normally performed on-site at customer locations, typically interior/office work environments and involves driving to customer locations.
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
