Are you a confident pharmacy leader with a firm yet supportive leadership style? Were seeking a skilled Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a rehab hospital in Sacramento, California. This is a hands-on role in a 50-bed facility, perfect for a pharmacist who thrives in both clinical and managerial responsibilities.

Youll be leading a small but vital team of one technician, working closely within a MondayFriday day-shift schedule. This role is suited for a candidate who brings strong hospital experience, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to step into an evolving pharmacy setting that requires solid management oversight and proactive problem-solving.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time interim role (13 weeks) with contract-to-hire potential

• Work in a 1-pharmacist, 1-tech model

• MondayFriday schedule no weekends or nights

• Immediate start available

• Oversee daily operations, pliance, and patient safety

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacist License

• Proven hospital pharmacy experience

• Previous management or leadership experience in a pharmacy setting

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to take initiative in high-pressure environments
