We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team on a contract basis in Bristol, Connecticut. In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional sales managers and various departments to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to maintain attention to detail and build rapport will be essential in delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Review contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and project documents to understand customer requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with customers, fostering positive relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical team to address and fulfill specific technical needs.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings to kick off complex assignments.
• Update and create quotes as needed to support the regional sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align efforts and meet project goals.
• Accurately enter order details into Salesforce and internal systems while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor backlogs and ensure customer ship dates remain accurate and up-to-date.
• Record and address customer complaints or claims, working with management to improve overall service quality.
• Identify packaging and shipping requirements, including special handling conditions.
• Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer data within CRM systems.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing project documentation.
• Familiarity with coordinating cross-departmental efforts to meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and ability to adhere to company policies.
• Capability to analyze and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is an advantage.
