Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position for the 20262027 school year provides a rewarding opportunity to support students in grades K12 as a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatrics. Located in Billings, MT, this role serves a diverse student population with caseloads tailored to your experience and preferences, ranging from moderate to profound speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric and elementary school students.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide early childhood intervention and support for speech and language development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each student, fostering effective communication.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in early childhood and elementary school settings.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development and related disorders.
  • Ability to manage varied caseloads and adapt therapy strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
