This full-time position for the 20262027 school year provides a rewarding opportunity to support students in grades K12 as a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatrics. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric and elementary school students.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide early childhood intervention and support for speech and language development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each student, fostering effective communication.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in early childhood and elementary school settings.
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and related disorders.
- Ability to manage varied caseloads and adapt therapy strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
