Vaco is hiring for a Construction Project Manager opportunity in Moon Township PA.

Salary: 90-115,000/yr

Position Summary:
We are currently looking to hire a full-time Project Manager for our Steel Services team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of structural steel fabrication inspection services across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate a team of field inspectors across various remote project locations.
• Assign personnel based on specific project needs, required certifications, and shifting schedules.
• Ensure all inspection staff are qualified and certified according to project and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical liaison between field teams and engineering staff.
• Maintain quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to inspection staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Structural, Civil, or related discipline required).
• Proven experience managing field personnel in the structural steel or construction inspection industry.
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and related inspection procedures.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and relevant certifications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
