Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a company and build a long-term career in customer service and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently (primary duty)
- Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer support
- Make outbound calls to create and confirm business
- Verify orders, pricing, and credit limits
- Maintain organized records through digital and physical filing systems
- Enter and update data in CRM and sales software systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED or relevant work experience accepted)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Solid command of the English language (reading and writing)
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
