Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a company and build a long-term career in customer service and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently (primary duty)
  • Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer support
  • Make outbound calls to create and confirm business
  • Verify orders, pricing, and credit limits
  • Maintain organized records through digital and physical filing systems
  • Enter and update data in CRM and sales software systems

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED or relevant work experience accepted)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Solid command of the English language (reading and writing)
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
