Pay & Training

• $20.50/hour once on shift
• $17.50/hour during training (1st shift: Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm for 2-4+ weeks)

Schedule

• 6pm - 6am
• 3-day rotating schedule (12-hour shifts = more days off!)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Press Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly:

• Operate binding, finishing, and packaging equipment
• Set up and fine-tune machines for production runs
• Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, etc.)
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs
• Support and train team members when needed
• Help keep the production floor efficient and on track

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
• Ability to make routine adjustments and operate machinery
• Willingness to cross-train and learn new areas
• Basic math and computer skills (email, simple graphics, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand instructions and safety guidelines
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently / up to 50 lbs occasionally
