We are looking for candidates who thrive in a culture of prioritization and execution, with exceptional professional conduct, to join our team as a Prepper/Sub Assembler. The ideal candidate works great on a team, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment. The Prepper/Sub Assembler is responsible for unpacking, inspecting, and preparing parts for the installation technicians.

Compensation
$18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule
- FAMILY FRIENDLY Full-time 4-Day Work Week
- Monday-Thursday 6:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Responsibilities
- Unpack & sort product for upcoming installs
- Pre-assemble parts for upcoming installs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Break down cardboard and take out trash daily
- Maintain a clean and organized Prep Room
- Assist other technicians as needed
Attributes of a Strong Candidate
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with vehicle accessories – a plus
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn new technical skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
