Reception/Customer Service associate needed for portrait studio. This position is unique to our studio as not only is the position one of the first people to greet customers but also handles customer service and sales when dealing with customers and vendors; administrative work assisting other departments; and helping the photographer on location shoots. Showing customers proofs after sessions, sales and administrative calls are a large part of this position.
Organization and a positive attitude towards doing a good job the first time are expected. We will train the right person on the software and procedures for the position. This position will be 32-40 hours during busy season and 25-30 hours during slow season.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in customer service or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance (business casual dress code)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills; multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Physically able to walk for more than 30 minutes and able to pick up at least ten pounds
- MUST be able to work Saturdays and have own transportation.
