Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active NH or Compact RN license and certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
Details
- Hospital Emergency Department setting
- Patient population spans newborn to geriatric; no OB cases
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
- No on-call requirements
- Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license (permanent license required; temp license not accepted)
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
- Emergency Department nursing experience required
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible at a local pay rate
Additional Information
- Candidates without pediatric experience may be considered if willing to learn and be trained
- Weekly orientation provided
- Former permanent staff may return as a traveler after a minimum 12-month break in service
- 3 professional references required upon acceptance of an offer (2 must be from leadership such as a manager or charge RN)
- Please note that requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront for consideration
