Attorney Support Coordinator - New York, NY
Firm:
A leading Am Law 100 firm with 1,000+ attorneys advising clients on complex corporate/M&A, private equity, bankruptcy and restructuring, litigation, and technology transactions. With a global presence, the firm is known for handling high-stakes matters for major public companies, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions.
Role:
The Attorney Support Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and operational support to attorneys and legal teams, ensuring efficient daily workflow and exceptional client service. This role supports the preparation of legal documents, coordination of case materials, and management of attorney calendars in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to assigned attorneys and practice groups

Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports

Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files

Assist with time entry, billing, and expense tracking

Support client intake, communication, and matter opening procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment required
- Experience with AI required
- Strong calendar management, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Working Situation:
Hybrid
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100-115k+, commensurate with experience.
- Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
