Overview:


Greenawalt Roofing Company is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Customer Care is a top priority at our company. So are our employees! Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with our clients professionally and efficiently
  • Assists with client inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project details and communications using our CRM system and communication tracking software
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ensure all client interactions are positive, informative, and leave clients feeling valued and heard
  • Assist in coordinating roofing projects from start to finish, proactively keeping clients informed and managing timelines efficiently
  • Complete clerical and administrative tasks as required
  • Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Acts as back up to the Front Desk Coordinator for all incoming calls

Pay Rate - $18-$19/hr plus monthly performance incentives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service position or a related field
  • Proficient in data entry and analysis
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be a proactive problem solver
  • Experience with outbound calling is a plus
