<p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement</li>
<li>Assess and document periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitis</li>
<li>Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents</li>
<li>Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning</li>
<li>Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction</li>
<li>Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical records</li>
<li>Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license</li>
<li>Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification</li>
<li>Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance</li>
</ul>
