The Panther Group is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join a growing electronic systems manufacturing team in Austin, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours, competitive pay, and long-term career potential. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assembling electronic components, following detailed work instructions, and performing precision mechanical and soldering operations.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and systems by following written work instructions, process sheets, diagrams, and prints.

Perform mechanical assembly, soldering, and machine-assisted processing operations.

Utilize standard measuring tools and inspection techniques to ensure quality and accuracy.

Interpret samples, visual aids, and documentation to build high-quality electronic assemblies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all quality, safety, and compliance procedures.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of high school or trade school education.

Experience in electronic component assembly or related manufacturing work.

Ability to read and follow technical documentation, diagrams, and work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Must pass drug screening and background check.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with electronic circuit card assembly.

Hand soldering experience.
- IPC J-STD Certification (a plus).
- Comfortable using Windows-based computers and electronic documentation systems.
Pay up to $20.30 per hour DOE
