We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on ground-up and remodel commercial projects. This position requires strong leadership, solid NEC knowledge, and the ability to manage manpower, materials, and job progress while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electrical crews (4–12 electricians)
- Read and interpret full plan sets and specifications
- Lay out and coordinate electrical installations
- Manage daily manpower assignments
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
- Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors
- Maintain jobsite safety and productivity
- Track materials and manage inventory on site
- Conduct morning safety meetings and daily planning
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- 8+ years electrical experience (5+ years commercial preferred)
- Proven experience running commercial projects
- Strong conduit bending skills (through 2”+)
- Experience installing services, panels, gear, and transformers
- Ability to pass inspections independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
