Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center Derry, NH $30–$33/hour
Post Rehab is looking for a COTA to join our skilled nursing rehab team. This position offers the chance to work directly with residents while supporting independence and functional progress.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide occupational therapy treatment under OT supervision</li>
<li>Assist residents with self-care, mobility, coordination, and upper extremity activities</li>
<li>Reinforce adaptive strategies and therapeutic exercises</li>
<li>Communicate resident progress with the OT</li>
<li>Complete accurate documentation</li>
