Key responsibilities include data entry, communication with customers, warehouse and sales teams, managing order modifications, verifying order details like pricing, and ensuring smooth order processing from entry to fulfillment. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, organization, and computer proficiency are essential for this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing:

    Enter, update, and maintain customer and order information in a timely and accurate manner within the company's database or order management system.

  • Customer Communication:

    Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email, resolve order discrepancies, and provide information on orders, products, and services.

  • Data Accuracy:

    Verify order details, such as product numbers, pricing, and customer information, to ensure precision and prevent errors.

  • Order Modifications:

    Manage customer requests for order changes, such as modifications or return authorizations, and process them accordingly.

  • Problem Resolution:

    Address and resolve issues related to orders, including shipping errors or unfulfilled orders, by working with relevant departments.

  • Documentation:

    Create accurate spreadsheets, prepare shipping documents, and generate reports for management as needed.
