Job Description

Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or WHNP PCOS Treatment: GA, TX, VA or FL (FL autonomous or telehealth types) license

  • Active license any 2 of 4: GA, FL, TX, VA state licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or womens health nurse practitioner
  • Must be a resident of GA, FL, VA, or TX.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with technological devices and telehealth platforms
  • Experience in managing PCOS patients
  • Minimum one year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Supervising MD will be provided if working 20 or more hours per week
  • Responsible for your own malpractice insurance. Proof of malpractice required.
  • No DEA license required

PCOS Sisters Telehealth & Wellness Center provides healthcare for women with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) designed, delivered, and founded by Nurse Practitioners. We service FL, GA, NY, TX, AZ, UT, NM, & VA via telehealth only. We launched in 3/2022 and are expanding rapidly. PCOS affects between 10-20% of all women globally. We are looking for a passionate, motivated Family Nurse Practitioner who wants to be part of a revolution in women's healthcare. Role Description

This is a Family Nurse Practitioner remote role for a 3 month 1099 probationary contract to full time W2 salary transition. Current average patients: 5 per day, goal of 10 per day, max 15 per day. The first 3 months are a 3 month contract period to make sure we are a good fit. After a 3 month contract period, the role will transition to a full time salary position with benefits. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care, medicine, and urgent care consultations to women struggling with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Daily tasks will include taking patient histories, interpreting medical histories, performing physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, and developing treatment plans. The FNP must be comfortable with telehealth services and possess a reliable computer with video capabilities and high-speed internet connection. You will have a virtual assistant as well. Our workflow is very streamlined as we are a tech savvy company.


*Remote Workers Policy Summary: This position requires availability to our providers, patients, and staff by phone during working hours and is not conducive to juggling multiple jobs and outside distractions. This position requires full exclusivity to the Company during working hours. Must have reliable computer and internet connection. Childcare must be utilized during working hours. This is not a position that is conducive to childcare and working simultaneously as we require video on for meetings and patient visits.


Compensation:


3 month 1099 Contract period: $52/hour. Flexible work schedule 20-40 hours per week.


Full time W2 Salary Position: $52/hour, $100K annually, 40 hours per week. Flexible 4 (10 hour) days or 5 (8 hour) days M-F. Mondays required. Benefits included.


Full time W2 Qualifications:


  • Successful completion of 3 month probationary period
  • GA, FL (Autonomous or FL Telehealth types only), TX, autonomous VA, AZ, UT licenses must be fully submitted and in process by start date.
