Locations: Tulsa & Broken Arrow, OK
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Schedules Vary by Employer)
Employment Type: Permanent

We're hiring skilled and dependable Manual Machinists to join leading manufacturing companies in the Tulsa and Broken Arrow area. Whether you're experienced operating manual lathes, mills, or grinders, or you're looking to expand your machining knowledge in a stable manufacturing environment, we'd like to meet you.

Our clients manufacture precision components for industries including industrial equipment, valve systems, oil & gas, aerospace, and custom manufacturing. What You'll Do

Depending on your experience and the employer, your responsibilities may include:

  • Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and grinding equipment
  • Machine precision components to blueprint specifications and tight tolerances
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job travelers
  • Perform thread turning, facing, boring, drilling, and other manual machining operations
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, OD/ID micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring tools
  • Check concentricity, runout, dimensions, and surface finishes
  • Make tooling and machine adjustments to maintain quality standards
  • Assist with valve repair, rebuilds, and component assembly (training available for some positions)
  • Maintain equipment, tooling, and an organized work area
  • Follow all quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience operating manual machining equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to machine parts to close tolerances
  • Basic shop math skills
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license preferred
